Indosolar Limited is a leading Indian manufacturer for photovoltaic cells. The issue opens on Sep 13, 2010, and closes for subscription on Sep 15, 2010. The equity shares of the company are proposed to be listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and National Stock Exchange (NSE).

Coal India Limited is entering in the capital markets with an initial public offering, IPO of 63,16,36,440 equity shares of Rs. 10 each for cash, at a premium to be decided through a 100% Book Built Issue. The price band for the issue has not been fixed yet.

Coal India Limited is the largest coal producing company in the world, based on raw coal production of 431.26 million tons in fiscal 2010. Coal India's major consumers are the power and steel sectors.

The issue opens on Oct 18, 2010, and closes for subscription on Oct 21, 2010. The equity shares of the company are proposed to be listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and National Stock Exchange (NSE).
